Conducting a GOAL Analysis

The major purpose of instructional analysis is to identify the skills and knowledge that should be included in our instruction. This applies to every job, every day in our life's. Goal analysis have 2 fundamentals steps:

  1. Classify the goal statement according to the kind of learning that will occur;

  2. Identify and sequence the major steps required to perform the goal of, for verbal information, identify the major clusters of information that learners must recall.
