🤔Do We Collect Intelligence Information Correctly?

The collection of raw data for the purpose of creating formal law enforcement intelligence products requires a frame of reference different and expanded upon beyond prosecution-oriented criminal investigations.

In the United States, the criminal intelligence investigator is, in many ways, unfettered by the restrictions of prosecutorial criminal investigations as long as the intelligence investigations has a criminal predicate, privacy laws are not violated, and the information is collected lawfully and in compliance with Part 23, Section 28, Code of Federal Regulations.
